Panini The story of Il Panino began centuries ago in
Italy, when farmers and peasants would make simple, hearty sandwiches to
take with them and enjoy during a hard day’s work. Each traditional
panino is made using fresh homemade flatbread layered with savory meats
and dairy fresh cheeses. The rustic sandwiches have spurred a tradition
of casual caffé fare that continues as a culinary staple of authentic
Italian culture.

Gian Gabriele Foschini has realized his dream of opening an establishment
that is true to the experience of eating in an Italian caffé, complete
with the traditional panino, as well as 46 original panino creations using
only the best ingredients. |
